Destiny 2 Final Shape: Release Date & Price
The newest expansion to Destiny 2: The Final Shape will be released on February 27, 2024. Pre-ordering the DLC, regardless of which edition, will grant players instant access to the items "Final Shell" and "Paracausal Path Emblem", which can be acquired from the Special Deliveries Kiosk in the Tower or, for new players, Shaw Han in the Cosmodrome.
Pre-ordering The Final Shape plus an Annual Pass will give you an additional "Tessellation Exotic" and "Abstract Meditation Emote", which, again, will be available through the above-mentioned way.
All the editions that I'll be mentioning from now on are the basic versions without any pre-order bonuses. The standard edition includes The Final Shape Campaign, one Episode in the Year of the Final Shape (currently active Year 7 Episode at the time of first login after purchase), Destination: The Pale Heart, new exotic gear, new raid, three new Supers, and more!

Destiny 2 Final Shape: Story
The Final Shape will conclude the Light and Darkness Saga, which has already been going on for a decade. The traveler will finally face his biggest foe – the Witness – and confront its pursuit of using the power of Light and Darkness to reshape the universe into its Final Shape.
The Guardian will reunite with old friends including Vanguard mentors Commander Zavala, Ikora Rey, and Cayde-6 and explore Pale Heart, which is a new destination within the Traveler themselves. This new world will be constantly manipulated by Final Shape and the first fully linear location in Destiny 2's history, it also will take us back to some familiar locations, including a version of the Tower from the original Destiny.
