Discovering and engaging with these Altars grants substantial permanent boosts to both stats and XP.
Diablo 4 is known for its challenging enemies, such as World Bosses and Strongholds, which can be difficult to defeat even with traditional leveling methods like acquiring better gear or skill points. While you cannot scale infinitely from Altars of Lilith, it's still worth seeking them out to maximize your potential. Fans speculate that there may be up to 120 Altars of Lilith scattered throughout the world of Sanctuary in Diablo 4.
