The Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will feature a new area for players to explore in Ghost of Tsushima: Iki Island. We now finally have a trailer for Iki Island. Let’s take a look.
The talks about Ghost of Tsushima: Iki Island has been unhinged for weeks now. Maybe that’s why PlayStation was finally like: okay, you know what? Here, have this trailer for the Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut and look at what Iki Island has to offer. We know you’re curious, we know you’re dying from excitement.
And well… the trailer didn’t help. We’re even more excited now.
In case you’re not sure what Iki Island is: it’s not an entirely new game, it’s an island that will be available for Jin to explore in Ghost of Tsushima, but only if you buy the Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut. Think of it as a DLC.
In Iki Island, Jin travels to Iki Island after he hears of mongol presence there. He finds it, in form of a mysterious Mongol tribe that gives Jin more than one challenge to face. The story is deeper than that, a lot deeper, if you look at the trailer. But this is a summary that will not give you any spoilers at all.
Iki Island will give Jin and his horse new armor, more mini-games for you to enjoy, new fighting techniques that you can try out on new enemies and naturally, new environments with a new map.
When Is The Ghost of Tsushima Iki Island Release Date?

What’s Different About Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut?
The Director’s Cut of Ghost of Tsushima will not only feature Iki Island, but will offer Dual Sense haptic feedback and 3D audio, as well as 60 FPS. Especially, the 60 FPS will hopefully make a great game such as Ghost of Tsushima an even greater game.
