Check for Halo Infinite Updates
Halo Infinite requires to be updated for the fix that was deployed by Halo Support / 343 Industries to work. To do this you need to jump onto your console or PC and check that the game has been fully updated. On Xbox you can do this by making sure that the console is set to allow it to "keep all games updated" in Settings > System > Updates and Settings > General > Power Mode & Start-up.
Restart Halo Infinite
Once you have made sure that the game is fully updated, restart Halo Infinite on your console or PC in case the game had either not picked up the update on launch or had not properly been turned off after the last time you played it. This needs to be a full restart, not just minimising the game and rebooting it.

If this didn't work, now perform a full restart of your console or PC. As with the game restart, you need to make sure that you have fully shutdown your system and restarted it, and not just put it to sleep.
