The Forspoken PC requirements just were revealed by publisher Square Enix and I hope you're ready to be flexed on. The specs are ridiculous, check them out here.
Forspoken is a brand-new title that had a hard time convincing us so far. The combat looks fantastic, but the world and the writing seem dodgy as heck. If you want to enjoy that gorgeous combat on PC, you should maybe gear up for an upgrade: the PC requirements were just revealed and they're a shocker.
Forspoken PC Requirements Revealed: Minimum & Recommended Specs Are Ridiculous
While Forspoken is next-gen exclusive, the game hasn't wowed us graphically yet. Well, the combat looks great, we've been over this. But it's not Red Dead Redemption 2 or Cyberpunk or anything like that. And still, you will need a hefty machine to get this baby running smoothly.
Here are the minimum, recommend and 'ultra' specs required for Forspoken on PC. You've been warned.
Category | Minimum Requirements | Recommended Specs | Ultra |

I mean, if you want to rock a brand-new game in 4K60, you'll need top tier gear, of course. But the even the minimum requirements seem crazy. And 150 gigs for one game? Thankfully, you can preload Forspoken, but that is still a tough pill to swallow.
On Twitter, people have already started wondering what the heck is going on here. The most common theory is, that the PC version of Forspoken could potentially be an unoptimized mess. Again, the game doesn't look super impressive, but still has these ridiculous requirements.
We've seen that kinda stuff before, and it's usually a red flag. The game comes out on January 24, so we won't have to wait too long to see for ourselves. But be ready for disappointment.
