Sony's subscription service PlayStation Plus is just marvelous. In addition to incredible advantages we already presented to you in detail here, you can look forward tofree games every month. Now, the Japanese company announced which PlayStation Plus games you can expect in December 2020.

PlayStation Plus: Free games for December 2020

Sony PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive a total of three titles in December 2020, including a new PS5 game: Worms Rumble, a new offshoot of the cult multiplayer game about the crazy worms that have been a permanent fixture in gaming since 1995.

Unlike what you're used to, this time the crazy worms don't fight each other in turn-based battles, but in real-time. Thus, Worms Rumble is much faster and more chaotic than its predecessors: 32 players can compete with each other in multiplayer matches and across platforms between PS5 and PS4.

On top of that, PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to enjoy the hero shooter Rocket Arena from Electronic Arts and the open-world action game Just Cause 4 from Square Enix in December 2020. In other words: More multiplayer fun and a thoroughbred open-world orgy of destruction – we'll gladly take it.

The new PlayStation Plus games will be available for download from December 1. Until then, make sure you get the November games before it's too late:

  • Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition (PS4)
  • Middle Earth: Shadow of War (PS4)
  • Bugsnax (PS5)

Also, if you haven't downloaded it already, don't forget the PS Plus Collection, which includes 20 of the best PS4 games for free for PS5 owners with a PS Plus subscription.
