The last month of the year has a lot in store, as plenty of exciting games are set to come out in December. We present you the 5 most important game releases for December 2020.
After November brought us the next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, December will again be all about games. Here are the 5 most important game releases coming in December 2020.
Immortals Fenyx Rising
- Platform: PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Switch, Stadia
- Release: December 3
This colorful action role-playing game immerses you in the open world of Greek mythology and is from the creators of Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. Gods & Monsters, the game's former name, tells the story of the heroine Fenyx, who must help Zeus destroy his arch-enemy Typhon.
The fact that Immortals Fenyx Rising is visually very reminiscent of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and already made an excellent impression in the demo version, fuels our anticipation for the exciting adventure.

El Hijo is a picturesque strategy game that takes you to the Wild West from an isometric perspective. Spaghetti westerns in the style of Sergio Leone served as a model for the Berlin-based developer Honig Studios. The game uses a stealth approach because your only chance to succeed will be striking from the shadows.
El Hijo was awarded as the best indie game at Gamescom and should be a real treat for PC-savvy genre fans.
