It seems that the surge of of free-to-play games has given risen to a counter movement: The super-premium games, and... God of War Ragnarok Collector's Edition Price
I mean, let's for a moment consider that a movie theatre visit will set you pack $20 these days. And that lasts for what... 2 hours on average? Consider that you'll be playing God of War Ragnarok for at least 10 hours, $260 doesn't sound all that insane, considering that it will be one of the most polished games out there. Still, it's a wild price-tag, but also not the only one:
- The God of War Ragnarök Collector's Edition costs $200
- The God of War Ragnarök Jötnar Edition will cost $260

The Jötnar edition justifies that price-tag with some physical items, as well as a vinyl soundtrack, a cloth map, a ring and pins. Both versions include a 16-inch Mjölnir replica - which, to me, gives rise to the rumors that Thor might be playable in this one. But... get this: Neither version includes a disc, since God of War Ragnarok is digital download code only.
