The GTA 5 Remaster finally has a release date. The highly anticipated second remaster is coming and, almost a decade later, we are still hyped about a GTA 5 release.
GTA 5 first came out 8 years ago for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Yup... a lot of people forget that the game was an OG last-last-gen game and is now making its way to its third console. The PS5 & Xbox Series X version of GTA 5 has a confirmed release date.
GTA 5 Remaster: PS5 & Xbox Series X Release Date
GTA 5 will be released for the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X|S on November 11. On this very date, the GTA Online remaster will also be released for the new systems. Mind you that GTA Online will release as a standalone game and will be free to play for the first 3 months, until February 22.

There you have it. The big announcement we've all been waiting for. Now all that's the left to wonder is what differences there will be in this GTA 5 remaster. Beyond that, we can only speculate on GTA 6, but we've been doing plenty of that here:
GTA 5 Next Gen Gameplay Features
We don't know what changes are coming to this latest version of GTA 5, but Rockstar promises "new features and more." Yeah... that's about as basic and standard of a promise as I've ever heard. We fully expect that all the next-gen GTA 5 features will be revealed at the E3, which will take place from June 12- June 15.
