Grand Theft Auto 6 is one of the most-anticipated games of all time, easily. People are going crazy for it, and we get it. It's GTA! Rockstar Games have confirmed that the game is in development, but have otherwise remained completely silent on anything else. Fans are on the edge of their seats, waiting for an official reveal and any kind of hint towards news about the game. This wish could come true sooner rather than later, according to the latest GTA 6 speculation, based on a new announcement by Rockstar.

Goodbye, GTA 5 – GTA 6 Reveal Imminent?

Rockstar have updated the "Thank You" section on the official GTA 5 website with a new message honoring all 5101 (!) developers who worked on the game. Let's not dwell on that obscene number for now. This message reads a lot like a goodbye to GTA 5, fueling speculation about a reveal for GTA 6 coming soon. Here is the message:

"Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online represent the combined efforts of our global team over many years. We want to acknowledge and thank everyone who has contributed to these games, from their original launch in 2013 all the way through to present day."

Fans have quickly jumped the gun and read this as a final goodbye to GTA 5 and GTA Online, opening the doors for GTA 6 to be finally shown off. When we will actually get to see the game is still unknown, but it is clear that Rockstar are slowly taking GTA 5 out of commission. Let's get (slowly) ready to roll out the red carpet for GTA 6.
