Halo Infinite's new Graphics Compatibility issue is a scourge on the game's more-or-less perfect Beta. Luckily, though, it's simply a problem with DirectX, and is pretty easy to fix.
This compatibility error is causing a whole lot of strife for players who just want to jump on into Halo Infinite's newly released Multiplayer Beta. After all, there's a lot to enjoy, with the Multiplayer including 10 fantastic maps, and a ton of great content. So, what is this error message and how can you fix it? Let's start with the first question - the error message reads as follows:
Could not find compatible Graphics Device due to the following missing feature: Hardware Tiled Resources Tier 2. Please ensure you have a DirectX 12 compatible graphics adaptor and have installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer.
This particular error, which occurs on PC, is primarily caused by players who do not have enough GPU RAM in their system. Thus, the first thing we would recommend doing is checking the amount of VRAM you have, which will need to be at least 4GB to run Halo Infinite.
Fixing Halo Infinite Could Not Find Compatible Graphics Device Error
There are a number of problems that could be causing Halo Infinite to not be able to find compatible graphics devices on your PC. It can be, as described above, a hardware issue, but more often than not it is a software problem. Let's take a look.
Check That Your DirectX Is Up-to-Date
You need to make sure that DirectX 12 is installed correctly on your PC. This is a very simple process, but also something that is critical to play most modern games. Thus, by fixing this issue you could also resolve a number of other game-related problems you might be facing on your PC.
To check that your DirectX is up-to-date, you need to run dxdiag by typing "dxdiag" into your Windows search bar (in Windows 10), and letting it run. Running this diagnostic will allow your computer to double check that your DirectX 12 program is fully updated and running correctly, and will fix any problems that may be occurring.
Make Sure That Your Graphics Card Drivers Are Up-to-Date
You always need to make sure that your GPU is as up-to-date as possible, and has the optimal drivers installed. Different games have different requirements, and thus have different optimal drivers. To check these, and to install the most up-to-date drivers, you first need to establish whether you have an NVIDEA GPU or an AMD GPU, and then you need to check via the following links:

Check That You Have Enough VRAM
You need to have a minimum of 4GB of VRAM available on your GPU when playing Halo Infinite. Without this amount of VRAM, the game will simply not run properly and you will receive all sorts of errors like the one discussed in this article. To check this you need to take a look at the system settings of your computer and determine both the type of GPU you have, and how much VRAM it includes.
