Hollow Knight Silksong is probably one of the most anticipated games in the world right now. So understandably, fans rabidly jump on any kind of news about the game, no matter how small.

After months of hearing nothing about Silksong, which has been announced in 2019 and still doesn’t have a release date, there was finally some movement on the game’s Steam page.

Hollow Knight Silksong Update Fules Hope For Upcoming Reveal

Recently, the images for Silksong on Steam have been changed, as was noticed via SteamDB. While this is not a huge update, it’s definitely more significant than the last change to the game’s store page in January. Back then, the release date has been changed to say “to be announced” instead of “TBA”.

While this is not definitive proof that we will get a big Silksong announcement soon, it definitely hints towards something happening with the game. Changing and adding pictures to the store page indicates that the game could soon possibly get a release date reveal, for example, which the developers at Team Cherry are now slowly preparing the game’s Steam page for.

However, this is unfortunately still only speculative so far. Still, fans are rightfully excited to get any sign of life from Silksong. Team Cherry didn’t commit to any release date yet and said they would only reveal one, when they are sure that they could also keep it. Let’s hope that’s sooner rather than later.
