If you’re anything like us (or at all interesting), right now you’re exploring medieval England and hunting for the Order of the Elders in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Fortunately, we have not upgraded our equipment in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in the last 100 hours or so (don’t ask why). The Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Prime Gaming Set
After playing about 100 hours of Valhalla, we have now collected just about every armor set available. We have invested hundreds of iron ore, copper-nickel and gold bars in improving our equipment... and now? Now bloody Amazon comes along and drops a Prime Gaming Set that is simply better than anything we have in our inventory!
Amazon Prime members can look forward to new in-game content in various titles every month at Prime Gaming (formerly Twitch Prime). The list of games includes Assassin’s Creed Valhalla... obviously, hence the article.
Prime members can get the free Carolingian Dynasty gear pack. This includes a mount, a dove skin for the Raven (yeah, you heard right), the second most powerful armor in the game, and a truly outstanding lightweight shield.
So... what the bloody hell's in it?
- 1 equipment set
- 1 mount
- 1 raven skin
- 1 shield & 1 weapon
- 1 set of ship designs & 1 set of ship props
The armor set is called the ‘Way of the Bear’ and its effectiveness can also be improved with investment in the extensive talent tree. The bonuses that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s new Prime Gaming Set include are pretty damn powerful:
- With low health, when you take damage, your armor is increased.
- If you have high health and you hit an enemy, your attack is increased.
In addition, the armor can be upgraded ten times and can be provided with three runes.
This all sounds great, but how do I get the damn thing?
No wukkas, we got you (yes, this author is Australian)! All that you rookie-vikings have to do is connect your Amazon Prime Gaming account with your Ubisoft account. Now that you’ve given Jeff Bezos your money, bought and connected Valhalla, and made your way into England (in the game, not real life)... all you need to do is build your own stable and harbor in your settlement. Simple, right? After activation, keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours to be able to use everything...talk about a wait!
Now, you’re bound to wonder what the best armor in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is, right? Well, we won’t tell you at this point, but we will tease you: The best armor is an absolute endgame item. To get it, you have to complete the crispiest of challenges that the game has to offer, and reach a strength or 340 or more.
