Eldegoss Guide: Basics
As expected, Eldegoss is a supporter. You didn't actually think this cute-looking Pokémon is anything other than that, right? Anyway, Pokémon Unite needs supporters and Eldegoss is quite a decent one.

Eldegoss Guide: Evolution
Eldegoss will start as Gossifleur and evolve into Eldegloss at Level 4.
Eldegoss Guide: Unique Abilities
- Cotton Down – After taking enough damage, damages and slows the attacker. This restores your HP and increases your Movement Speed.
- Basic Attack – Every third attack attaches cotton fluff to the opposing Pokémon. Opposing Pokémon with cotton fluff take more damage from you and have their movement speed reduced.
Eldegoss Guide: Moves
Level 1
- Leafage | 4.5s cooldown – Eldegoss throws a bunch of leaves that slow opponents.
- Synthesis | 8s cooldown – Restores HP to yourself and nearby allies.
How to build: You will most likely not need a heal so early on in the game, so we'd advise you to go for Leafage instead.
Level 4
- Pollen Puff | 5s cooldown – Attaches a pollen puff to a Pokémon, friend or foe. Allies are healed by the pollen, but opponents are damaged by it.
- Leaf Tornado | 9s cooldown – Blasts a tornado of sharp leaves that leaves an area of increased ally Movement Speed.
How to build: Like with our other guides: remember your role. You're not the one to damage, but the one to heal, so definitely go for Pollen Puff (where you will still be able to do some damage).
Level 6
- Cotton Guard | 7s cooldown – Protects you and nearby allies with damage-absorbing cotton. The cotton restores HP when it dissipates.
- Cotton Spore | 10s cooldown – Surrounds you with damage-absorbing spores, which then burst to damage and slow nearby opponents.
How to build: Definitely Cotton Guard for the same reason as above. Heal, heal, heal.
Level 9 – Eldegoss Unite Move
- Cotton Cloud Crash – Float high out of range, then pounds the ground. The impact damages and displaces opponents, and heals allies.
As with every other Unite Move, it's best used in a team fight. Especially Cotton Cloud Crash though, as it can make all the difference and can decide whether your team loses or wins the team fight.
Eldegoss Guide: Item Build
- Held Items | Go with Shell Bell, Buddy Barrier and Exp. Share.
- Battle Item | Potion.
Shell Bell increases your healing abilities, while Buddy Barrier will help you in your supporting role. Exp. Share is especially important when you play with the abilities that we advised you to go for.
Instead of going for Eject Button as usual, go for Potion to make sure that you don't immediately die. Remember that you're a squishy Pokémon.
Eldegoss Guide: Game Strategy
Heal, heal, heal. I know you're probably tired of hearing this, but it's the truth. Spam your healing like there is no tomorrow, and stick with your teammates at all times to make sure you're there when they're in the thick of it.
