PC gamers sometimes just live the better life: They can mod games to their heart's content. Want to play God of War as Homer Simpson instead of Kratos? No problem. And... as far as Skyrim is concerned, the possibilities to mod the game are basically limitless, but there is one mod that stands above them all: Skyrim Together. The mod allows you to play the entire game in co-op, and now it's getting an improved version that really fleshes out the co-op experience.
Skyrim Co-Op Thanks to Skyrim Together Reborn
Skyrim Together has been out for a while, but Skyrim Together Reborn makes sime important changes to the co-op experience. You can read the full list of changes here, or you can read the highlights here: Synced-up NPCs, dialogue and quests. Basically it makes the Skyrim co-op experience complete.
The same team that is bringing co-op to Skyrim is also working on bringing a fully fleshed-out co-op experience to Fallout, with a mod by the same name: Fallout Together. Unfortunately, Fallout Together is going to be put on hold for a while, until Skyrim Together Reborn is released on July 8.
