Chances are, Insomniac Games is finally working on Spider-Man 2! Why do we think so? Keep on reading.
If you played and loved Marvel’s Spiderman and its spin-off Spider-Man Miles Morales, then you’re most definitely looking forward to the next installment of the game by Insomniac, right? Well, we got good news for you today, because the actor for Miles Morales posted a picture on his Instagram that looks very much like he’s recording some motion capture… and if we had to guess, we’d say it’s for Insomniac’s Spider-Man 2!

Now, you’re probably wondering why we’re showing you a tweet of the picture, instead of just the picture. Well, that’s because Nadji Jeter, the actor for Miles Morales, has since deleted the post. Coincidence? I think not.
Alternatively, what this could also be, is him recording for a Last of Us Remake. Remember that Nadji also played Sam in The Last of Us and Naughty Dog are working hard on their The Last Of Us Remake on PS5. However, why would they need him to come in for motion capture, then? If it’s just a simple remake, especially one that focuses heavily on graphic improvements, they wouldn’t need him to come in for motion capture, right? Take Mass Effect, for example. The cast of the games weren’t even aware of the remaster until all of us found out about it.
Does Insomniac Work On Spider-Man 2?
It’s very plausible that Spider-Man 2 is in the works, and let’s face it: Insomniac and Sony would be stupid not do it. Marvel’s Spiderman was such a huge success, just like Spider-Man Miles Morales. Additionally, fans are actually asking for another one. See a reason not to do it? Me neither.
It could be either one, honestly, but if we had to bet our money on something, it would be that Nadji is working on Insomniac's Spider-Man 2… or maybe that’s just wishful thinking.
What are your thoughts on this? Do you think Insomniac’s Spider-Man 2 is in the works? If so, then you can come back to our gaming section every once in a while, because we will let you know if Insomniac is indeed working on Spider-Man 2.
