Atomic Heart is set in a futuristic soviet dystopia – a shooter in the style of Bioshock. But, you might be wondering, is it on the Xbox and PC subscription service Game Pass? We've got good news for you.
Atomic Heart presents players with an alternate history of WW2, and takes place shortly after in 1955, in a Soviet dystopia. The game has caused a lot of controversy because of developer Mundfish and their ties with the Russian government.
Atomic Heart has also been accused of showing Russia in an overtly positive light, but as we all know thanks to games like Bioshock and Wolfenstein: these worlds are often off-putting by design, they are not necessarily supposed to be aspired to.
Atomic Heart is not the only game that's been accompanied by a lot of controversies in the last couple of weeks, *cough* Hogwarts Legacy *cough*, but we are not here to review the game. We want to know: is Atomic Heart on Game Pass?
