Japanese video game developer of legend, Hideo Kojima expressed his satisfaction with Zack Snyder's Justice League. It wasn't long before fans asked for a director's cut of Metal Gear Solid 5.

Famous video game developer Hideo Kojima seems to be a big fan of the Justice League movie. The legendary Japanese developer expressed his thoughts on Twitter, praising the Zack Snyder Cut of the Justice League.

Hideo Kojima Praises the Snyder Cut

The characters of Flash and Cyborg, who were abrupt, have been reinforced. The 4:3 TV size, the darker tone of the color correction, the slow motion, the digital art direction, the black Superman. It's not so much a Snyder cut as it is a Snyder "universe" in every way, for better or worse. For him, this is "justice".

The original Justice League movie was released back in 2017, and it wasn't received well. It became apparent that the released version of the movie was heavily cut down as Zack Snyder left. Warner Bros. soon faced a petition by fans that wanted the original movie as the director imagined it. It took some time, but the so-called Snyder Cut was released earlier this year, and it captured the hearts of fans, including Hideo Kojima.

MGS5 Fans Asking for a Metal Gear Solid 5 Kojima Cut

Comments on Twitter were quick to ask for a Kojima Cut of Metal Gear Solid 5 which came out in 2015. If anything, it's a rather similar situation. Hideo Kojima left Konami in 2015 and joined forces with Sony which definitely complicates things. It might be challenging to get a director's cut of MGS5, but certainly not impossible. The game received mixed reviews, as it had development issues and a story that just didn't feel finished. You could say that a director's cut will do it justice. The only question is, will Kojima actually do it?

Won’t Be Kojima’s First Director’s Cut

Kojima is no stranger to a director's cut as he did one recently for Death Stranding. Death Stranding: The Director's Cut was announced during The Summer Game Fest earlier this year when it revealed new locations, new enemies, and more. There's still no release date so expect further updates!

Metal Gear Solid will soon be hitting the big screen as a movie was revealed to be in the making. Much like Death Stranding: The Director's Cut, there's no clear release date in sight. What we do know is that Oscar Isaac will be playing Solid Snake and Jordan Vogt-Roberts will be directing it.
