The NVIDIA leak has long been confirmed, and God of War 2018 is finally out on PC. God of War is one of the best games on the PlayStation 4, and until now has been a PlayStation Exclusive. Thus, a God of War PC Port is big news.
After Sony had released a trailer for God of War on PC a couple of months ago, confirming long-standing rumors that have been circling the community, the game is finally out now! Back in September, a massive NVIDIA leak suggested that God of War 2018 would come to PC (see below).
We now know that those suspicions were correct, and PC players can finally enjoy on of Sony's highest rated exclusive games of all time. At least, after some 70GB download on Steam and Epic Games...

When is the God of War 2018 PC Release Date?
God of War 2018 will release on PC on January 14, 2022. PC players will finally be able to enjoy this masterpiece in all of its glory. Have you experienced Kratos' journey yet? No? Is it because you didn't have a PS4? Do you have a PC? Well, then you must play God of War 2018 on PC in January. It's a classic, and one of the best games of the last decade. Seriously, it's up there with The Last of Us and Red Dead Redemption 2! Check out the trailer...
A software developer has taken to Reddit to post a long thread of information datamined from NVIDIA's GeForce Now Database. The leaked data has reveals a huge number of games that could potentially be coming to PC. Among them is God of War 2018, but it gets even more interesting than that.The leak itself hints that God of War is coming to PC on Steam as part of the platform's new Streaming Service. How a God of War PC Port would work is still unknown, and very little information has been revealed so far.
Bizarrely, NVIDIA actually issued a statement more or less confirming the leak, claiming that the list was legit but "speculative". The thing is, even if we shouldn't take the leak as an announcement (as NVIDIA told us not to do), if NVIDIA are including a game like God of War, then that confirms that Sony will start shifting to the PC and Game Streaming market.
Their statement reads, in full:
NVIDIA is aware of an unauthorized published game list, with both released and/or speculative titles, used only for internal tracking and testing. Inclusion on the list is neither confirmation nor an announcement of any game. NVIDIA took immediate action to remove access to the list. No confidential game builds or personal information were exposed.
So it's just for "internal tracking and testing," hey? Well, that suggests that NVIDIA are doing just that for the listed games: tracking and testing. We think this constitutes somewhat of a confirmation that God of War 2018's PC Port is, indeed, legit.

So yes, we can't confirm anything for sure. God of War could be coming to PC, or perhaps it could be solely coming to Steam's new Streaming Platform. It could also not be making the jump at all, but that seems unlikely. We do have one question, though:
If God of War is coming to PC, then what about Ragnarok? Next year's sequel to God of War 2018 is shaping up to be an unbelievable game, and we can't wait to get our hands on it. To be honest, whether it is a PS5-Exclusive, or available on PC / Steam's new streaming service, we'll play it. Still, God of War on PC? Hell yes!
