Light No Fire is a game about boundless adventures in an open-world with crafting, survival, and multiplayer exploration. It's set on a fantasy planet with the exact size of Earth. The game brings the depth of a role playing game to the freedom of a survival sandbox game. This sounds somewhat familiar, doesn't it?

Many of us still remember the exciting announcement at the Game Awards 2013 when the relatively young and inexperienced Sean Murray revealed No Man's Sky. The game captured global attention but, in the end, the developers couldn't fulfill their earlier promises.

However, those who closely followed No Man's Sky and witnessed the time and dedication the developers invested over the past decade know that the game underwent a remarkable transformation. Initially criticized for being shallow with unfulfilled promises, No Man's Sky evolved into a vast world with limitless possibilities through more than 25 free updates.

Hello Games successfully embarked on a redemption arc, earning the love and gratitude of fans. They achieved this by persistently working on the game, never losing hope, and consistently delivering significant updates.

After Hello Games went through the challenging process of creating No Man's Sky, they seem to be on a positive path with Light No Fire. The team gained valuable experience from their years working on No Man's Sky, and the new game clearly reflects those influences, as seen in the trailer.

Considering that Light No Fire has been in development for five years, and the developers can now focus on a single planet instead of managing millions of galaxies, the future looks promising for the studio.

The community expressed their positive feelings about Light No Fire and their anticipation for the upcoming game. After all, why change a formula that the community cherishes and loves the most and that you became exceptionally good at?
