Remember Marvel's Avengers? That game was mediocre at best on launch and for the past year, it has definitely improved. Now, however, there's a new challenger – Marvel Future Revolution. Here's all you need to know about the mobile title.
You know, it's actually quite surprising that Marvel hasn't made a successful game yet, considering the popularity of the movies. Superhero films have been flooding the big screen, but when it comes to gaming, there are only a couple of examples. The only Marvel game to stand out in recent years is Spider-Man. Will that change anytime soon?
What is Marvel Future Revolution?
I'll be honest here, mobile games aren't my favorite. Most of them try to empty your pockets and offer uninteresting gameplay, but there are exceptions among them. One of those might be Marvel Future Revolution. The game's plot mixes numerous iteration of Earth and creates a Primary Earth where all the action takes place.
Check out the game's trailer, and you'll realize that it actually looks just as good, if not better, than Marvel's Avengers.
The game will be free-to-play, and that's somewhat expected from a mobile game. The big question is, will it be filled with microtransactions? Hopefully not. Marvel Future Revolution features only eight superheroes, but they're all quite popular these days:

- Captain America
- Captain Marvel
- Doctor Strange
- Iron Man
- Spider-Man
- Star-Lord
- Storm
We can only guess that more characters will be added further down the line. Marvel Future Revolution will be an open-world action RPG with real-time combat. The game will feature multiple game modes like multiplayer and co-op. Players will be able to team up and face powerful bosses together.

Marvel Future Revolution Release Date
The game will officially launch on August 25 for both Android and Apple devices. If you want to be a step ahead of other players, you can pre-register right now on the App Store or Google Play. Doing so will guarantee you a gift box with a costume for one of the eight heroes.
