The first Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC is called "The Teal Mask" and will be released on September 13, 2023. And "The Indigo Disk" is due for Winter 2023. Unfortunately, we don't know the exact date for the second DLC, but we will most likely learn soon after the release of Part 1.

Teal Mask & Indigo Disk Content
The content is themed after special occasions. Part 1, The Teal Mask, is centered around the Festival of Masks, held in Kitakami outside Paldea. In Part 2, The Indigo Disk, you will visit the futuristic sister school, Blueberry Academy.
These are the content that awaits you in each expansion:
Part 1 – The Teal Mask
Your main focus is on researching the mysteries of the folktales passed down in Kitakami. During your researches, you'll meet Carmine and Kieran, who will eventually help you to uncover the secrets.
The story will focus mainly around the new Legendary Pokémon Ogeron, but also the three local Pokémon heroes, who protected the people in the past:

Part 2 – The Indigo Disk
In the second DLC, you'll travel to the newly founded Blueberry Academy and meet tons of new faces. The campus is futuristic, and it almost looks like it's floating on the ocean. Within the academy walls, you'll find a massive Terrarium with four different biomes, that houses different types of Pokémon that are yet to be discovered.
The story will focus mainly around the new Legendary Pokémon Terapagos, that seems to have a strong connection to the Terastalizing phenomenon in Paldea.
Besides Terapagos, another Pokémon has been revealed, but we don't know its name yet. Its whole nature is shrouded in mysteries, but it seems this could be the pre-evolution of the new Legendary Pokemon Terapagos!
