The popular mode Mercenaries comes to Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Resident Evil 4 is finally out, and it's a fantastic game, as you can read about in our review. Old school fans of the original seem to be happy with the reimagining, but one important aspect has been missing: the always-popular Mercenaries mode. It's coming to the game very soon though, as Capcom has just revealed.
Release Date Revealed: Resident Evil 4 Mercenaries Coming Next Month
Capcom has announced that The Mercenaries mode for the Resident Evil 4 remake will be launched on April 7th.
This information was included in the release trailer for the game, which is a challenging mode where players must defeat as many enemies as possible within a time limit, or until they die. In the original Resident Evil 4, this mode was only unlocked after completing the main game. The DLC will be free.
The upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake has confirmed that it will have mercenaries as a DLC, unlike the original game where it was an unlockable. Although there is confusion in the community about whether it will have the same feel as the original, we believe that it will be similar, if not more chaotic, based on their experience with the game
The developers are taking time to develop the mercenaries mode and have learned from the failure of mercenaries in Resident Evil Village. The game might have similar gameplay to Resident Evil 2 remake, as the directors are the same.
While some people are speculating about which characters will appear in the game, it could feature different versions of ADA rather than characters from other timelines. Maybe Hunk will have a more significant role in the game than he did in the original, and we are looking forward to playing the mercenaries DLC, which will be free.
