Ok, off the bat: There won't be any spoilers here. If you're worried about spoilers though, then you know what Squid Game is anyway. Also, chances are you already watched it, are hooked on it, can't find a replacement, and are hoping this supposed Squid Game-game will fill the emptiness in your heart. However, if you're not familiar with Squid Game, then I recommend you stop reading this, and head on over to Netflix. Trust me. There's a reason this show is all the rage right now.
Squid game is battle-royale inspired, very, very dark, and even more violent. If that's not up your alley, then this game might be better suited, since it's all taking place in Roblox – which is not exactly a breeding ground for dark violence. In fact, there have been several attempts at re-creating Squid Game on Roblox, but one of them stands out:
Red Light, Green Light: Squid Game on Roblox
You see, Squid Game is all about taking kids' games, and turning them into life or death situations. Now, if you've ever been a kid and played games, you'll remember that the goal in Red Light, Green Light is to stand completely still, once someone says 'red light'. Failing to do so, means you're out of the game. In Squid Game, failing to stand absolutely still, means you will be shot dead. Fair enough, right? Now, a clever creator brought this concept to Roblox:
no way they got squid game on roblox

How long do you think it will be before Squid Game actually gets adapted into a video game? I mean, it already uses a battle royale formula, and it is essentially an r-rated version of Fall Guys. Every aspect of Squid Game would make for a perfect competitive game, so I'm just sitting here waiting, y'all. It's gonna happen. You know it, I know it.
In fact, a Fortnite creator had the exact same idea as this Roblox genius, and I do mean the exact same idea: He recreated Red Light, Green Light in Fortnite's creative mode, but you can actually read all about that in this article here.
