Starfield will be an Xbox Exclusive and launch on Game Pass when it releases in November of 2022. One of the first major titles to come out as part of Microsoft and Bethesda's new partnership, the announcement that Starfield will come to Game Pass on launch is a major win for Xbox.
Stand aside, Sony. There's a new top-dog in town. It's not Xbox, it's Game Pass, and it's the future of gaming. No more need to pay five hundred bucks for a brand-spanking new console – all you need is Game Pass! Microsoft and Bethesda's E3 2021 joint showcase featured almost exclusively games that would make their way to Game Pass. Amongst them was Starfield – Bethesda's first new IP in 25 years.

Is Starfield on Battle Pass?
Yes, Starfield will release on Battle Pass when it drops on November 11, 2022. From what we have seen, the game looks like a true sci-fi epic similar to the likes of Star Wars and Star Trek – in fact, Bethesda described Starfield as a "Han Solo simulator". Well, whether it is this or perhaps "NASA meets Indiana Jones", we are sold. To be honest: we're not just sold, we're a little bit sad that the release date is so far away.
Will Starfield be Xbox Exclusive?
Starfield will be Xbox Exclusive, as part of Microsoft and Bethesda's new partnership. If you don't own an Xbox, though, don't you go a-worrying! As we just established: Starfield will also be on Game Pass, so for a monthly subscription you can play it on most devices (given that you have a good internet connection). We are drooling over this announcement, and we can't wait to see more of Starfield in the next few months...
