Titanfall 2 had a far worse launch than its predecessor, but it was still able to win over a core group of fans. That core group of players had been quietly enjoying the game for years, but after a shocking update from the devs, tens of thousands of players have now joined them on the servers. That is to say, Titanfall 2 is alive again!
Okay, before we let you get too hyped about a new Titanfall game, please remember that all the strange stuff going on right now might just be an elaborate way for Respawn to "celebrate the community" or something lame like that.

EA Suddenly Release New Titanfall 2 Content & Puts Game On Sale
After years of silence, EA are finally giving their attention to Titanfall 2 again. And it has not gone unnoticed by the fans, who have been frantically discussing all the changes on Reddit.
Just in the last few weeks, fans of Titanfall 2 have noticed the following:
- The game was updated, after years of neglect, with solid QoL updates:
- The matchmaking system was fixed.
- A ton of map exploits were fixed.
- They've introduced a rotating playlist of old game modes.
- New weapons were added to the 1v1 Colloseum mode.
- Titanfall 2 was put on sale by EA.
- A patch was released in Apex that included the encrypted dates for the release of Titanfall, Titanfall 2 and Apex.
It's tempting to be cynical, but in the light of all these developments it seems obvious that we're going to get an announcement of some kind soon. It probably won't be a whole new game, but definitely something.
