The Xbox Series S isn't actually a portable console, but an Australian company has taken gaming to a new level by developing an integrated display for the device. This is the new portable xScreen Xbox Series S.
UPspec, a young company focused on gaming accessories, released its ideas for the xScreen Xbox Series S about a month ago. Now the project has officially gone live. You can access the product investment via this link.
The Portable xScreen Xbox Series S Investment Went Crazy!
The funding goal was $10,000 USD, and the desired amount was reached in only 20 minutes. Currently, the investment is already over $75,000 USD. For us, these numbers are absolutely no surprise, because every gamer would love a portable console like this. So you can just fold up the console, including the screen, carry it with you, and game anywhere on the go. The screen will be an impressive 11.6-inch display with 1080p output at 60 Hz. Impressive, isn't it?
What is the Portable xScreen Xbox Series S?
The xScreen will be attached to the console using latches located on the side, creating a portable console. Gamers simply need to align the display and insert the USB and HDMI ports on the back.
Once the console is plugged in, the display should boot up without any fuss. It will also have speakers and controls that will give gamers full control over volume and brightness, as well as other settings.
Those who want to get such a device will have to invest at least $219. The product is expected to hit the market in January.
