Ember Sword is soon starting a new playtest for the Ultra Deep Dungeon. Here is all the info and how to participate.
Bright Star Studios, the developer of Ember Sword, is gearing up for its highly anticipated alpha playtest. That will give players an opportunity to explore the ‘Ultra Deep’ dungeon.
Ember Sword "Ultra Deep" Dungeon Playtest
The playtest will be taking place between 27 October and 29 October with servers operating in Europe, Asia, North America, and SouthAmerica.
While the studio has previously opened the game up to its growing community, this is the first time it has offered a dungeon experience. Operating on a first-come, first-served basis, up to four people will be matched before spawning into Ultra Deep, a natural cave labyrinth. Assigned a random character, players will need to battle through various monsters and challenges before meeting gigantic boss Shauk, whom they will need to defeat to become victorious.
Fortunately, EarlyGame had the opportunity to participate in a press event where we played the Ultra Deep dungeon. From our firsthand experience, we can confidently say it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. This dungeon progressively immerses players in increasingly demanding challenges, with the ultimate showdown against "Shauk" during the final boss fight being nothing short of epic.
The playtest is open to anyone with a registered Ember Sword account and will operate on a first-come first-serve basis. The servers will be open on 27 October at 13.00 CEST and close on 29 October at 23.00 CEST. “We are excited to give our growing community a glimpse of the deep world we are building. They’ve played such an important role in our journey so far and we love how engaged they’ve been. However, this is just the beginning for us. There is still so much more to come. We know they will be blown away by what we have planned for the future.”
