A character from Arcane is going to be making her way onto Summoner's Rift in 2024, and we couldn't be more hyped.
Arcane Season 2 is going to drop later this year. With a brand-new trailer revealing some insights into the next season of the hit show on Netflix, there are a few other goodies coming our way with the release of the show, and one of those is a brand-new Arcane-themed champion.
While TFT had the joy of getting Silco onto the Arenas, the League of Legends players will be seeing another favorite character come to life, only this time on Summoner's Rift.

Ambessa Medarda, the mother of Mel, will be coming to League of Legends. She is a strong character who takes charge and basically steals every scene she's in. So it's no surprise that a character like this can easily translate onto Summoner's Rift.
We've needed more diversity in female designs, and Ambessa is just what a lot of fans have been asking for. What lane could you see her in though? I could definitely imagine her in the top lane or the jungle as some sort of juggernaut champion or brawler.
She will likely be coming at the end of the year to coincide with the release of Arcane and could also give us hints that she is going to be playing a key role in the upcoming Arcane season, right?
For now Riot is keeping things pretty hush hush, but it's looking like 2024 is going to be a huge year for players, thanks to the Skarner VGU, new champions like Smolder, as well as the release of Arcane Season 2.
