With the 2023 League of Legends World Championship finals just around the corner, more and more T1 fans have been working overtime to accumulate as much good karma as possible for their team ahead of the Finals.

They've been doing so much good work that even the players themselves have noticed and commented on the good deeds the team's fans have been doing all over the world. Now it's time for the teams to show whether the actions of their fans held up.

Last year, T1 just barely missed the biggest prize of them all. Falling in game 5 of the League of Legends World Championship was bitter for the T1 players and the fans alike. This year, to stop a repeat of 2022, T1 fans have a plan though that they're executing.

Ahead of their semi-finals match against JDG, T1 fans went and did a lot of good deeds. After T1 managed a solid 3-1 win over JDG, fans doubled down on their efforts to accumulate as many good deeds as possible for T1.

During the LoL Worlds Finals Media Day, the T1 players were asked whether they were aware of what their fans were doing. T1's bot laner Lee “Gumayusi” Min-hyeong stated that they are aware and that "hearing this makes [the team] realize just how much the fans want [them] to win, and it gives [them] a lot more responsibility to work harder."

He also noted that T1 fans doing all these good deeds all around the city also sheds esports in a positive light, so that outsiders will also look favorably on esports fans and tournament in the future.

T1 will be playing against WBG on November 19, at the Gocheok Sky Dome. The broadcast starts at 9:00 am CET // 12:00 am PT.
