Among the many issues, one that I have found many players encountering while playing through the tutorial portion of the game is getting stuck at the "Activate the Bonus to obtain additional rewards" screen.
While I personally didn't encounter it while playing the early access version using VPN, many over the Netmarble forums and TapTap shared that they were stuck at the tutorial in the activate a bonus screen.

How To Fix Stuck At Activity Fund Tutorial
In Solo Leveling Arise, you can fix the stuck at tutorial issue by not using the 3-day boost bundle before the game's tutorial.
This was shared by a TapTap user, who also faced the same issue and fixed it by creating a new account and playing through the tutorial without using any boosts or such items before the tutorial.
Apart from that, some players also suggested restarting the game would fix the issue, but it wasn't the case for many.
They were stuck in a stalemate where they didn't have any boost to activate with the tutorial, forcing them to use the boot to progress further.
That aside, so far, Netmarbles hasn't addressed the issue but some are suggesting that it was fixed through a small update.
So, if you are stuck at the tutorial and cannot progress further, try restarting your game. If that doesn't work, try creating a new account and clearing the tutorial without using any boosts or such things prior to the tutorial. That should fix the issue.
However, if you are still stuck even after the above steps, it would be best to report the bug to Netmarble.
