We all know that we can get some cool in-game goodies thanks to our Amazon Prime accounts and Prime Gaming, right? Well, now it’s officially announced that our Microsoft accounts can also earn us some in-game currency to purchase skins and other cosmetics.

Yes, if you have a Microsoft account, you can now gain unlimited amounts of RP. How is that even possible, you might ask? Well we’ve got all the details for you right here and right now.

How To Earn Unlimited RP With Microsoft Account

Normally Riot Points, the in-game currency used in games like League of Legends and VALORANT, can only be obtained by using real money or through codes — or special offers like Prime Gaming.

Riot just revealed a new way to gain some free RP though, with which you can use the Microsoft rewards system to gain unlimited RP.

How do you get this free RP though? Well, follow these easy steps, and you can get signed up.

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account
  2. Choose the Goal — either 100 or 650 RP
  3. Follow the various ways to gain RP

It’s pretty simple to set everything up and then all you need to do is complete the different tasks which could get you some free RP. Microsoft rewards used to be called ‘Bing Rewards’ which is why using Bing instead of Google is one way to earn points.

But of course, there are other ways to gain rewards. For example, players can shop and play with Microsoft activated to gain points. If that isn’t enough to get you to your goal, then you can also earn points by taking quizzes and surveys.

Are Microsoft Rewards Really Free?

Free is debatable. You won’t be gifted the RP for doing nothing, of course not, that’s not how life works these days. You will be giving over data and information to Microsoft by using their products, but if we’re honest, aren’t you doing that already when using Google, Facebook or Instagram anyway?

So, while it won’t cost you any money, you will have to invest time into earning the points — and we all know time is money — and honestly, who uses Bing over Google? But if you’re desperate for a new Anima Squad skin coming in Patch 12.6, and you’re missing 100 RP, then this is probably the cheapest way to go about it.
