Overdrive Insanity: Best Champions With Experimental Hexplate
Experimental Hexplate is an absolutely stunning item for champions that can take over a teamfight just with their Ultimate, such as Vayne, Twitch, Kai'sa, Fiora or Nocturne.
With its unique Passive, the mentioned champs got the chance to demolish their enemies and change a lost fight to an immediate victory. At least if they don't engage alone, having a 'Gosu moment' with Vayne or running it down with Nocturne R.
