Empyrean is back for the 2024 League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational. Riot have just revealed the brand-new skins that will be heading to the League of Legends client for this event.
As already revealed by Riot earlier this year, the Empyrean skins will make a return for the 2024 Mid-Season Invitational. With almost all teams qualified, it's about time we check out what this huge esports event will have in store for regular LoL players.
The Empyrean skins are returning after taking a break in 2023. An event prestige, as well as brand-new legendary skin, are on the docket, so let's check out everything you need to know.

Skins in 2024 have been impressive, and they're about to get even more impressive with the brand-new Empyrean skins. A total of six champions will get skins, with Kayle being on the receiving end of a prestige skin this time around.

Kayle is getting her first prestige skin in this universe and the skin looks very cool, with players praising it for it's design. This isn't the first rare skin for Kayle though, with many people remembering Silver Kayle and Judgement Kayle as being some of the rarest skins in the entire game.
Upcoming Empyrean Skin Costs
Varus is going to be getting a legendary skin with this batch. His skin is going to cost 1820 RP. The other skins are all going to be epic tier skins, which means they will cost 1350 RP.
Kayle's prestige skin is an event prestige. Players will need to purchase the event pass to be able to get it and accumulate 2,000 event tokens.
Empyrean Skin Release Date
These skins are going to be released with LoL Patch 14.9. The patch is set to come out May 1, 2024 which is a few days before the 2024 Mid-Season Invitational will start. So, get ready for the Empyrean event so you can get your hands on some fo these cool new skins.
