LoL Patch 13.3 is going to come a bit later than anticipated. But don't worry, at least we're getting a complete patch this time around... right?

LoL Patch 13.3 is set to release a little later than anticipated. Are we surprised? Not at all. With the mess that has been the start of the League of Legends season in 2023, it's to be expected that Riot is going to need some time to get their bearings before everything can go back to normal.

Thanks hackers for ruining some of the content players have waited for, for legit over a year already... thankfully we won't need to wait too long for the new release date of the next League of Legends patch.

Riot Reveal New Release Date for LoL Patch 13.3

In the LoL Patch 13.3 patch notes, Lilu “Riru” Cabreros wrote that the team is still "bounc[ing] back from the Social Engineering attack" and that the patch is going to be delayed because of that. “We apologize for the inconvenience and want to thank you once again for your patience as we work through these unprecedented circumstances.”

Okay guys, time to play some LoL with the new patch. Try out some late game champions:

Riot has had to apologize a lot lately, eh? Well, thankfully, the players didn't have to wait for too long to know just how far back the patch has been pushed, because just a bit lower, a Mid-Patch update was posted in which Riot stated that the patch will go live on Thursday, February 9, 2023. For those of you on the SEA server it'll be a bit longer and release on Friday, February 10 instead.

Aurelion Sol CGU Pushed Back Further

With the Aurelion Sol Comprehensive Gameplay Update (CGU) being one of the biggest features of this patch, fans are frothing at the mouth to finally play this brand-new champion. Seriously, his kit has changed so much that we can barely call this the same champion, right?

Well, it seems like Riot will keep the space dragon on the PBE a little longer and release him halfway through LoL Patch 13.3. This gives the devs to take a look at some of the more prominent bugs in his kit before he will be tearing up Summoner's Rift.
