Riot recently added a quick hotfix to League of Legends Patch 13.6, after Milio was a bit too strong, but along with the Milio nerfs came some bug fixes, that brought back old bugs.
In League of Legends Patch 13.6, Riot removed an annoying mana bug which left players with less mana after they went shopping in the fountain. Now, this bug has made a comeback after Riot made some more adjustments during a hotfix patch that went live right after the initial patch dropped.
It seems like players using Biscuit Delivery will continue to suffer through these bugs as Riot looks to fix the issues behind these in-game anomalies.
LoL Patch 13.6: Biscuit Delivery Mana Bug Back In The Game
Milio is the newest champion in League of Legends. He was hotfixed right after his release, along with a couple of bug fixes. One of those was the infinite mana bug that had made itself known after LoL Patch 13.6 went live. So, what exactly went wrong?
With nerfs to Rod of Ages in Patch 13.7 ShowMaker is probably raging even more, eh?
Before Patch 13.6, players with the Biscuit Delivery rune, would lose part of their total mana when they bought and undid the sale of an item in the shop. Riot looked into it for the patch and found a fix, but this fix brought forth an even more annoying bug.

Now, instead of losing mana, players who had the Biscuit Delivery rune and sell and undo said sell, could gain infinite amounts of extra mana. Of course, this was a pretty hefty and game breaking bug, hence why Riot decided to quickly tackle it, along with the Milio nerfs in the Patch 13.6 hotfix.
Curious about Milio? Here is how to play him:
In a recent tweet from the LoL Devs Twitter page though it was revealed that by fixing the infinite mana bug, it's now been reverted to it's previous state, meaning that players with the rune and Biscuits could encounter the issues from previous patches.
We're aware that the biscuit delivery mana bug fix that came in the 13.6 micropatch has reintroduced the bug that caused undoing item purchases after getting a biscuit to decrease your maximum mana. We are currently working on a fix for this. https://t.co/drRJcYOy9F

The team is working to fix the issue, but it could be until the next League of Legends patch drops. With the amount of abilities, runes, champions and items in the game, it's natural for bugs to pop up, but this one has been one nasty bugger that just won't go away it seems.
