Riot Games has once again decided to reverse many of the changes it recently made. Tower Rubble is being removed!
Last December, Riot Games updated the ARAM game mode in League of Legends for the first time in nearly 10 years. One of the biggest changes coming to Howling Abyss was the addition of "Tower Rubble," a mechanic that causes turrets to leave debris, making movement more difficult.
After feedback from League players, however, this mechanic will be removed from ARAM in an upcoming patch, as we recently learned from Riot's developers themselves.
League Of Legends: Turret Rubble On ARAM Is About To Be Removed
In a Tweet, Daniel "Maxw3ll" Emmons, Riot's chief game mode director, confirmed that Tower Rubble will be removed from ARAM in patch 13.5 or 13.6.

There you go. In the future, players can expect the Howling Abyss alley to remain clear. Players will definitely no longer have a problem moving through the map.
At the moment, we can already be sure that Tower Rubble will be removed from ARAM in one of the next two upcoming League updates.
