New LoL skins get added every two weeks, but it seems that this time one of the other Riot IPs might have leaked information about an upcoming skin in League of Legends.
Riot Games has added multiple games to their repertoire throughout the last few years. Through some of those games data miners have found key information on upcoming League PC content as well and it seems that this time fans don't even need the data miners to find the key information.
Wild Rift, the mobile version of League of Legends has many of the same skins and cosmetics as League of Legends and a recent hint for an upcoming Wild Rift skin could lead to new information on a LoL PC skin as well.
LoL: Wild Rift Reveals Legendary Skin For Champion
Wild Rift does have its own set of unique skins, but the game is based off of the original League of Legends. So, a lot of the skins in the game are the same as in League of Legends, even with the game getting some Wild Rift only skins.
But there seems to be an upcoming skin line that will be shared between the two games and will also include the same champions, and that is the upcoming boy band skin line, which is rumored to release in LoL Patch 13.22.
Of course, this is not confirmed information yet, but the leakers have been adamant that we are getting a boy band in 2023 and that they will be performing at the 2023 League of Legends World Championship Finals Ceremony.
Yes this should mean the PC version will also be legendary https://t.co/SKgUUevJTb

Now, it has been revealed in Wild Rift that Kayn is going to be getting a new skin and that it will be a legendary skin. This information has been confirmed by SkinSpotlights on Twitter (or X) and he even stated that the PC skin will also be a legendary skin.
He did say that he cannot prove this, but that the player base should trust him in this case... and if we know one thing, it's that data miners know a lot more of what is coming to League of Legends than they reveal, because they do not want to leak or spoil information.
