Fortnite is getting more and more cosmetics with every new update. And sometimes Epic Games decide to say thank you to the active player base.
This time, you can get a backbling and weapon wrap from the new Overclocked Combo Pack for free!
How To Get The Overclocked Combo Pack For Free
To unlock the new cosmetics, you simply have to go into the Epic Games Store and look after the Fortnite-Add-Ons tab. There you can claim them for free. They will be available from May 16th until June 13th. But there is a little twist as you recognized.
Since claiming the rewards only works in the Epic Games Store, you cannot afford it on a console.
How To Get The Rewards As A Console Player
As you have to claim the rewards in the Epic Games Store, there is no really opportunity to do so on a console. The only possible way is to install the launcher on your own laptop or any PC-device or and log in with your account in the store. It might also work on your cellphone, using your browser.
Since it doesn't matter on which console you log in with your account, it should be possible to get them on that, pretty awkward, way. If there is another possibility to unlock the pack, we will update you here!
Maybe Epic Games will make the new pack a lot easier accessible to every platform later for free, but there is no guarantee so far.
