Skyblivion is a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that allows players to experience the world of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
Every PC fan of Skyrim has modded the game at some point, whether for convenience, such as a better inventory system, or for fun, like applying special skins to Lydia. However, this mod takes things to an entirely new level, by creating a whole game inside the game.
Skyblivion Is Oblivion In Skyrim
The TESRenewal modding group decided over 8 years ago to start this project. Their idea is to "bring The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to a new generation of gamers and re-introduce it to long time fans of the series" and this project has nothing to do with Bethesda, who are currently working on The Elder Scrolls 6.
It's completely voluntary, and they are currently looking for volunteers to help create this giant project. The release is planned for sometime around 2025. If you don't want to miss any reviews or updates about this mod, stay tuned right here!

The TES Renewal Project Group regularly releases Development Diaries, and the latest one is really impressive. They showcase a lot of landscapes that are familiar to us nostalgic older players.
They also showed the HUD, inventory, skill trees, and even the old lockpicking mechanic. If you thought you were in love with a game, these guys have taken their love to a whole new level by recreating their favorite game and working on it for almost a decade.
