The popular Xbox title, Forza Horizon 4, was quite popular back when it released in 2018. But now it seems like the title will be removed from stores this year, after just 6 years. Here is why, and how you will be able to play it after the delisting.

Forza Horizon Will Be Removed From Stores This Year

Microsoft has just announced in a Forza blog post that they will stop selling the popular racing title, Forza Horizon, on December 15 this year. According to Microsoft, the game will be delisted because of "Licenses and agreements with our partners".

Fans are speculating that it might be because some of the car-licenses in the game are expiring.

Due to licensing and agreements with our partners, Forza Horizon 4 will be delisted from digital platforms (Microsoft Store and Steam) on December 15, 2024. This means the game and its additional content will no longer be available for purchase through online stores.

How To Play Forza Horizon 4 In The Future

Good news is that Microsoft already confirmed that the game will still be playable for anyone who has already purchased it. So, if you bought Forza Horizon 4 at any point between its release in 2018 and December 15 of 2024, you will still find the game in your library and will be able to play it.
