Snadra Bullock and Keanu Reeves, the stars of the hit movie Speed, would love to make another movie. So, will it finallly happen?
Speed was one of the most popular movies to come out of the 90s. It's garnered a cult audience and stole the hearts of viewers. Co-stars Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves had great chemistry together and continue to be some of the most popular film stars to date.
Unfortunately, the blockbuster hit was followed up by one of the worst sequels in the history, which basically killed any ambitions of turning Speed into a potential franchise. But now the two stars of the original film have revealed their stance on a potential revival of Speed.
Speed 3: Sandra Bullock And Keanu Reeves Would Be Down
In the 50mphpodcast, Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock talked about a potential reunion for Speed 3. While Reeves was not part of the horrible failure that was the second movie, Bullock was, but she'd probably rather forget it happened.
While neither confirmed that a third movie was in the works, they did state that they would love to work together sometime. The duo had great chemistry during the first movie and are still two popular actors, so getting them to work together on a project shouldn't be too hard. It also doesn't seem like the pair would restrict themselves to another Speed movie.
Bullock explained on the podcast that she would just love to work with Reeves once more:
Before I die, before I leave this planet, I do think that Keanu and I need to do something in front of the camera. Are we, you know, in wheelchairs or with walkers? Maybe. Are we on little scooters at Disneyland?
Reeves also added that he would love to work with Bullock once more, noting that the pair would "knock it out of the park". So, while a Speed 3 could become a reality, it isn't confirmed yet... but someday maybe.
