Ninjas in Pyjamas have completed their Valorant team with three new players and now the starting five is ready. Will NiP find success in Riot's shooter?
Valorant continues to draw more and more big organizations into its competitive scene. The latest team coming to Riot's tactical shooter is that of Ninjas in Pyjamas. Originally NiP used their Paladins roster for Valorant, but since that didn't go too well they decided to make some changes. In June the organization decided to take a different approach and signed two new players: Emir "rhyme" Muminovic and Niels "luckeRRR" Jasiek. Both of the new additions had previous experience in CS:GO. Most recently the two played in the Valorant Vitality European Open as part of Team Prodigy and they managed to take second place in there. The champion's title was taken by G2 Esports. One of rhyme and luckeRRR's teammates during the Vitality European Open was Damien "HyP" Souville. Hyp is a former Overwatch professional who most recently played for Paris Eternal.

Yesterday, the Ninjas announced three new players joining their Valorant team. Their squad is now complete and ready to take on new challenges.
It's no surprise that HyP is one of the newly signed players as the duo found some good synergy with him in the recent tournament. The other two joining NiP are Enzo "Fearoth" Mestari and Charles "CREA" Beauvois. Similarly to the previous two players, each of the new recruits has previous experience in CS:GO. Shocking! HyP, Fearoth, and CREA were all part of the same Valorant team (HypHypHyp) until July 2 when it disbanded. They had a lot of success and managed to take four trophies for the short time they played together. The only question now is whether the five players will find as much success on the highest tier of the Valorant scene. G2 Esports seemed like the dominant team in Europe, but that might soon change as Team Envy, NiP already joined in. The competition will be even bigger as Team Liquid is also working towards their own roster.
The new NiP line-up is already taking a big step forward in the WePlay! Invitational. They will play their first game against forZe.
