We don't even have to wait another six months until the new Sony console, the PlayStation 5, is released. The hardware specs are already known and some PS5 games have already been announced. We provide an overview of all PlayStation 5 games confirmed so far.
Update from July 9: 3 New Games Unveiled
Three new games for the PlayStation 5 were unveiled at the NACON Connect event
Steelrising is the new game from Spiders Studio. In it, you play Aegis, a female robot who serves as a bodyguard for Queen Marie-Antoinette and is supposed to put an end to the attacks of the robotic army of King Louis XVI. A release date is not yet known.
The second PS5 game is called Vampire The Masquerade: Swansong and it's a spin-off of the popular vampire game series. It will be released sometime in 2021. Last, but not least: Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood which is set in the same universe as VTM, but revolves around werewolves. It was supposed to be released this year for the current hardware generation and PC, but now it will be postponed to 2021 for NextGen. There was also a nice heavy metal trailer for it

Godfall
- Genre: Action
- Release: End of 2020 (PS5 Launch-title)
Powerful hand-to-hand combat awaits us in the action game Godfall, which takes us as a Valorian knight into the world of Aperion. As godlike warriors, we are able to create Valorplates - legendary armor sets that transform their wearers into masters of close combat.
Resident Evil: Village
- Genre: Survival-Horror
- Release: 2021
The latest offshoot of Capcom's survival horror series is pretty dark. Resident Evil: Village is called part eight, which takes place in a village seven years after the events of its predecessor. Chris Redfield is also back in the game and there should be no more loading times thanks to the next-gen hardware.
Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales
- Genre: Action
- Release: End of 2020 (PS5 Launch-title)
The original, released in 2018, is one of the best PS4 exclusive titles. In Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales, however, we no longer control Peter Parker, but Miles Morales - who already played an important role in the main game. The game is supposed to be an extensive expansion to the PS4 blockbuster and continues the open-world action in Manhattan.
