Day 6 of Valorant Champions was one of the best we've ever seen. We saw the final downfall of disgraced Keyd stars, and a surprising shutdown by Team Krü. Here's how it went:
Day 6 of VCT was fueled by a lot of drama from the weekend prior. Keyd star's use of an illegal Cypher Camera in their game vs Ascent, and Sentinels ongoing battle with the region of Brazil, had many fans up in arms. Despite this, we saw some excellent matchups between: Acend vs. Team Envy, Keyd stars vs. X10 crit, and Sentinels vs. Team Krü. Here's how it went.
Match 1: Acend vs. Team Envy
Match one of the day was another clash between the EMEA and NA legends, Acend and Team Envy. With both teams rated 3 in their respective rankings, it was a match that could have gone either way. However, after Keyd star's use of illegal techniques in their prior game, Acend were fired up and hungry for another win, pushing them to play at their very best.
Game 1 started off the matchup on Ascent. Acend exhibit great team cohesion and built some solid momentum, ending the first half with an 8:4, then taking the win with a 13:8.
Game 2 was no different, Team Envy had some excellent plays on attack, but ultimately they were no match for the team morale and momentum which Acend had built. Acend finished the first half with 9:3, then took home the win with a 13:8.

Match 2: Keyd Stars vs. X10
Match two of the day was one of redemption. Keyd Stars, who had been caught using Illegal plays in their last matchup, were looking to redeem themselves and the Brazil region in the eyes of viewers. While X10 were out to score another win for the struggling SEA teams. However, similarly to Acend, Keyd Stars seemed to have been deeply affected by the mishaps of the previous matchup. Their dwindling morale, left them disoriented and In disarray. X10 capitalized on this and absolutely stomped Keyd Stars with no mercy.
Game one on Icebox went to X10, who finished the first half with 8:4. X10 then demolished Keyd stars in the second half, winning the game with 13:6
Game two on Haven went even worse. A completely demoralized Keyd stars finished the first half with only 3:9, then lost the game with an embarrassing 5:13.
It was a bad couple of days for Keyd Stars that ended in utter disappointment.

Match 3: Sentinels vs. Team Krü
After the weekend's controversy surrounding team Sentinels, match 3 seemed like an epic boss battle. Team Krü were the heroes sent to slay the toxic beast for all players in the South American region. Surprisingly, the truth was not far from the fantasy. After 3 nail-biting games, Team Krü shocked the world and NA in particularly as orchestrated two consecutive comebacks. Taking down Sentinels and their toxicity in the process.
Game one on Fracture had Sentinels playing at their prime. With better knowledge and experience on the newer map, Sentinels destroyed the opposition, finishing the first half with 9:3 then took the win with 13:7.
Game two triggered something in Team Krü, after a harsh first half of 4:8. Team Krü spun the game around with some unbelievable clutches, and took the win with 13:11
Game three showed a fired up Team Krü pulling off the same comeback. After yet another harsh first 4:8 round, Team Krü pushed the Sentinels back a final time. Taking home the win with 13:11.
The great toxic dragon had been slayn, and Team Krü was hailed as a hero by the Brazilian community.
