Acend vs Team Liquid
It wasn't even close, Acend completely dominated Liquid. The most brutal part of this match was the Split; the first half ended with a score of 11-1 in favor of Acend. We have no idea what happened here, but as phenomenal as Liquid has been throughout the tournament, this match was like playing against an opponent 1000 times stronger, straight from a higher league. Acend is on a super hot streak, especially zeek, who already has a total KDA of 1.96.

Gambit Esports vs KRÜ Esports
Okay, this was the match we would expect from a world championship tournament. Both teams fought until the very end; the situation was close all the time and could change at any second. We especially liked the first map, where Gambit won 9 rounds in the second half and didn't give up a single one to their opponent.
Everything became clear at 34-round match on Bind, where KRÜ Esports had to acknowledge the superiority of Gambit. All right, but how will they do against Acend, who are currently on a hot streak?
