Jared "zombs" Gitlin is officially stepping down from the active Sentinels roster. He will still be a part of the team, but we won't see him in the upcoming VCT Stage 2 matches.
So, zombs got benched after a Brazilian team made it to the Grand Finals of the Valorant major. Coincidence? Well, probably, but it's still quite funny, you have to admit. He will be replaced by Eric "Kanpeki" Xu that you may know from Akrew.
Kanpeki Joins Sentinels
There have been rumors in the community that Zombs is about to get replaced by Jay "Sinatraa" Won, who had to leave the roster over sexual harassment allegations. As it turns out, zombs is indeed stepping down from the Sentinels' Valorant roster, but he is being replaced by someone else.

zombs will still be a part of the team, and he may be a stand-in for some matches in the future. However, for now, he won't be representing Sentinels for the VCT Stage 2 matches. This is one of several changes the Sentinels have decided to make.
The team also hired a new coach after months of bragging that the coach was expendable to them. Virtually every NA team is making some sort of change right now, but that's not surprising, as the competition is pretty stacked.
