Okay, this is quite a day for Valorant. Last night, we got another teaser of the new map, then Riot announced skin price changes, and now we get news of a new Recon skin bundle coming to the game along with a 3.04 Patch!
One of the most reliable leakers in the Valorant community (Mike aka @ValorLeaks) has just informed us about a new skin line coming to Valorant. The name of the new bundle is “Recon”, and it will contain five Valorant weapon skins (including a Butterfly Melee, which we will talk about later). The new skin collection is coming to Valorant today (24.08.2021) at about 5:00 PM CEST; let's take a closer look at it!

Valorant Recon Bundle: Price
The new bundle will include 5 upgradeable skins. And yes, we aren't wrong, exactly five, as the knife will be upgradeable too! One Recon weapon skin will cost 1775 Valorant Points, except for Butterfly Melee, which will cost 3350 Valorant Points. The price of the entire Recon bundle will be 7100 Valorant Points, but we don't know how much the upgrades will cost yet.
Valorant Recon Bundle: Weapons and Variants
The Recon Bundle will include skins for:
- Phantom
- Spectre
- Guardian
- Ghost
- Melee
Each of these skins will have 4 levels and 3 different variants — Red, Blue, and Green.
On levels 2 and 3, you will be able to get a random weapon attachment. These weapons attachments will work on a similar basis to the current Gun Buddies (will be cosmetic only and will not affect the game in any way).

Finally, the icing on the cake of the Recon skin collection — the Butterfly Melee! We waited a long time for it, but it was really worth it. Just look at how refined its animations are:

This is also the first Melee Skin in Valorant that comes in different variants! It costs 3350 Valorant Points, but you have to admit it's worth every single penny spent.
