Valorant Episode 3, Act 2 is just around the corner and may even come sooner than you expect. We have all the latest leaks, details, and rumors for you, so stay tuned to make sure you don't miss a thing!Valorant Episode 3, better known as Reflection, came with Act 1 and with it the new robot agent KAY / O, as well as a lot of new content. So everything to keep the Valo community on their toes!But now all eyes are fixed on Valorant Episode 3 Act 2, and it could be even bigger than you think.Let's dive into the leaks and the release of Valorant Episode 3, Act 2.
Valorant Episode 3, Act 2: Release Date
As has become tradition, Riot will not waste time between the completion of Act 1 and the beginning of Act 2. So expect an immediate release at the end of Act 1.
But when is that going to be? Since Riot has decided to extend the current Act by two weeks, we can expect Valorant Episode 3 Act 2 to come out on September 8th/9th, which is 1/2 days before Masters: Berlin.
TLDR; Act I is now 2 weeks longer and Competitive and progression adjustments will follow. Episode 3 Act II now kicks off on or around September 8, exact times TBD.

Valorant Episode 3, Act 2: New Map
Last week, Riot provided us with a puzzle with close-ups on some parts of the new map which we solved. As it turns out, the new Episode 3 Act 2 Map will likely be called "Fracture", and not "Canyon", as many expected, and if we look deeper into the game files in Patch 3.04, we'll find a short description of it:
A top-secret experiment site split apart by a radianite-fueled disaster. Flip the script on attackers with aggressive defender positioning on a new dual-biome map.
We know that the Fracture map will be divided into two parts, one of which will be more futuristic; we expect two Spike Sites, with B being on the less futuristic side (as the close-ups on the puzzle suggest).
Valorant Episode 3, Act 2: New Skin Line
According to leaks, we can expect as many as three new skin collections, one of which will be weapon skins created in cooperation with Zedd, a well-known music producer. The names of the new skin collections are to be:
- Varnish
- Nitro
- Artisan
We don't know the exact theme of any of these collections yet, although we do know what the Melee Weapon skin from the collection created with Zedd will look like:

Valorant Episode 3, Act 2: New Agent
We'll probably also get a new Agent in Episode 3, Act 2. For now, we have two codenames that you can find in the game files — "Deadeye" and "Sprinter", but we don't know which one will belong to the new Valorant Agent. There are two theories:
- Both codenames are just placeholders, and we won't know the official name of the new Agent until the release of a new Act.
- We will get two Agents! If the theme is "war of two parallel universes", getting one Agent from each side of the conflict would make sense.
Also, as some of you know, August, the well-known Champ Designer from League of Legends, joined the Valorant design team a few months ago, so we can really expect something big for the Episode 3 Act 2 Agent.
