Esports organizations are already knee-deep in the Valorant competitive scene. Some have found great success last year and continue to do so in 2021. Others are not so fortunate and have to reconsider their roster. Without further ado, let's look at some of the most notable Valorant roster changes of March 2021.
Excel Esports join Valorant
Yesterday, March 29, the British esports organization Excel Esports announced their full Valorant team. Before that, we only knew the first player and captain which was former G2 CS:GO player David "Davidp" Prins. Now four more players have joined the squad and the Valorant team is complete.

Acend Enter Valorant
A brand-new European esports organization began its journey in Valorant earlier this month on March 10. The org signed the already existing roster of Raise Your Edge Gaming which consisted of:
- Santeri "BONECOLD" Sassi
- Mehmet Yağız "cNed" İpek
- Vladyslav "Kiles" Shvets
- Jose Luis "koldamenta" Aranguren Herrero
- Patryk "starxo" Kopczyński
- Laurynas "Nbs" Kisielius (coach)

What's even more impressive is that the team managed to take first place in theValorant Champions Tour Europe Stage 1 Masters where they earned $60,000. A promising start for the new team!
TenZ Joins Sentinels
Not too long ago, Tyson "TenZ" Ngo announced that he's taking a break from competitive Valorant. The pro last played for Cloud9 and the team didn't find much success. Sentinels had to suspend Jay "sinatraa" Won due to sexual allegations against him and found a stand-in in the face of TenZ.
Sentinels won the VCT North America Stage 1 Masters and it's unclear if TenZ will continue to play with the team. It might all depend on the sinatraa situation and how it goes.

Vice Leaves Cloud9
Speaking of Cloud9, the team's captain in their Valorant team left as Daniel "vice" Kim parted ways with the organization. Luckily they won't have to look for a replacement as Cloud9 Blue already signed a sixth player with Michael "poiz" Possis in February.
TSM Announce Their Female Valorant Team
Team SoloMid revealed their entire roster for the upcoming Game Changers tournament (which is already underway). The roster consisted of:
- Mirna "athxna" Noureldin
- Catherine "cath" Leroux
- Emily "mle" Peters
- Zoe "Zoessie" Servais
- Katherine "LunarKats" So
Today we've agreed to mutually part ways with LunarKats. We're currently looking for a sub to avoid having to pull out of the VCT Game Changers Series.

Just a few days later, LunarKats was dropped from the roster and the team is currently playing with a stand-in.
Tex Replaces Shanks in NRG
Ryan "Shanks" Ngo left the ranks of NRG's Valorant team and on the next day, the organization signed Ian "tex" Botsch as his replacement.

TSM Rumored to Sign Brax as Sixth Player
Team SoloMid might be looking for a fifth in their female Valorant team, but the male division could be considering Braxton "brax" Pierce as their sixth player. According to a report by RushBMedia, there's a high chance of that happening.
Pierce was one of the first Valorant players to get signed by an organization back in March 2020. That's right, Valorant was still in beta then. Last month, he was dropped from T1 along with his teammate Keven "AZK" Larivière.
